1-1/2 c. chocolate cookie crumbs 1/4 c. butter, melted 1 pt. vanilla ice cream, softened 1/2 c. malted milk balls, crushed 2 T. milk, divided 3 T. instant chocolate malted milk powder 3 T. marshmallow creme 1 c. whipping cream Garnish: frozen whipped topping, thawed, and malted milk balls
Combine crushed cookies and butter; press into a 9" pie plate. Place in freezer while preparing filling. Blend ice cream, crushed milk balls and one tablespoon milk together; spread into pie crust. Freeze for one hour. Blend malted milk powder, marshmallow creme and remaining milk together; fold in whipping cream. Blend with an electric mixer until soft peaks form; spread over filling. Freeze overnight. Garnish with whipped topping and malted milk balls before serving. Makes 8 servings.
