8-oz. tube crescent rolls l lb. ground sausage, browned 4 eggs 3/4 c. milk salt and pepper to taste 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Lightly oil a 15"x10" baking sheet with one-inch sides. Lay crescent rolls on baking sheet, pressing together to remove perforations. Place sausage evenly over rolls. Beat eggs, add milk, salt and pepper together; pour over sausage. Layer on cheese and bake, uncovered, at 425 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden. Makes 12 to14 servings.
