I appreciate sheet pan mainly for the ease of cooking & clean-up. I read through it and found more than a few recipes I'm inspired to try. Nice variety and great photos!

I was looking for an easy cookbook for cooking dinner after work with a busy household. Many easy to prepare recipes. Would definitely recommend!
