24 ice cream sandwiches
2 12-oz. containers frozen whipped topping, thawed
Garnish: caramel ice cream topping
Optional: chopped nuts
Layer ice cream sandwiches side-by-side in an ungreased 13"x9" baking pan. Cover with whipped topping; drizzle with caramel topping. Add nuts, if desired; freeze 2 hours before serving.Serves 10 to 12.
