I am NOT a cook but this one makes it pretty easy. I have made 8 of the recipes so far & my husband loved all but 2 (same here). The only thing I would be careful of is the pasta measurements. They all yield a lot of food - there's always some leftovers which is great. My kids loved helping & eating "Shellye's Pizzadillas".

As an avid "food storage" junkie I am always looking for cookbooks full of recipes that are easily adapted to long term food storage. I found 18 recipes in this book (so far) that will work well for food storage AND that I know my family will love. That's almost a month of meals!!! :D Thanks Gooseberry! :)

I recently received this book as a gift and just love it! The first recipe that caught my eye was the Speedy Goulash since I am always trying different variations on my favorite comfort food--goulash--and this one sounded really good. It was!! Unique and yummy and fast. I look forward to making many new dinners from this book.

I'm so glad to see another QUICK cookbook from Gooseberry Patch! I'm a working mom of 3 and between basketball practice, dance and church activities, I rarely have more than a half hour to get dinner on the table...Fast-Fix is full of new dinner possibilities and fits my busy schedule too! 5 stars - thanks, Vickie & JoAnn!
