Who knew there were so many recipes that can be made with a boxed cake mix! From cakes to cookies, bars, & muffins there’s lots of variety all starting with a cake mix. We tried the Coconut Freezer Cake to bring to our church potluck and brought home an empty plate. It was so good and easy to make – and looked impressive. You can’t beat that! I can tell this little cookbook will get lots of use. Thanks Gooseberry Patch!
